The big idea

The Future of Payroll 2025 campaign, held in Morocco and Cape Town, aimed to establish ADP’s leadership in payroll innovation while driving engagement and registrations. The project delivered a cohesive suite of designs, including social media templates and Google Ads for pre-event promotion, as well as tailored presentations for stakeholders on the event day. By integrating ADP’s branding with innovative storytelling, the visuals ensured consistency across platforms and events. Collaboration with the internal marketing team refined the strategy, leveraging data-driven targeting to boost registrations, enhanced visibility, and empowered stakeholders with polished event materials.

Challenges

The media kit development faced a unique timing challenge, as it needed to bridge two distinct brand identities during the company's transition period. While the new brand guidelines were already being implemented across some channels, this campaign required careful balance to maintain recognition while subtly introducing new visual elements. The solution came through a hybrid approach: using the existing color palette and typography as a foundation, while gradually incorporating new design elements that would become central to the rebranding. This strategic overlap ensured content remained cohesive across platforms while paving the way for a smooth visual transition.
