This innovative project transforms Greece's standardized music curriculum into an engaging, interactive journey that seamlessly integrates government educational guidelines with student-friendly interfaces, creating a cohesive learning experience across both printed books and their digital counterparts, each enhanced with targeted interactive elements.
The big idea
The design concept bridges traditional and digital learning through an integrated system of 4 student music books and 2 teacher guides, supporting Greece's revolutionary multiple book educational reform. The strategy focuses on seamless print-digital integration with interactive elements, reflecting the shift from rote memorization to critical thinking. The execution creates consistent branding across physical and digital formats while enabling multiple learning pathways through intuitive navigation and age-appropriate interfaces. This approach directly supports national education modernization goals while providing teachers with comprehensive tools to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes, making it a practical solution for implementing the new educational framework that emphasizes accessible, interactive, and multi-source learning experiences.

Challenges
The main challenges centered on managing complex technical specifications while creating an intuitive educational experience. The project demanded strict adherence to government file format requirements (e-pub 3 resizable, reflowable content) despite extensive visual elements, leading to technical obstacles in digital conversion. I resolved this by developing a streamlined design system that standardized elements across both formats while maintaining visual appeal. The systematic approach enabled efficient handling of large amounts of content across multiple books while meeting all government specifications.
